Screen Printing
Durable, professional screen printing produced in-house at our Murray Bridge workshop. Ideal for businesses, sporting clubs, schools, events and clothing brands requiring quality custom apparel.
Our Screen Printing Process
1. Tell Us What You Need
Send us your artwork, approximate quantity, preferred garments, print locations, required colours and completion date.
If you’re unsure about any of these details, we can help determine the best options for your project.
2. Garment and Artwork Review
We review your design and garment requirements to make sure they are suitable for screen printing.
We’ll confirm the recommended print size, placement, colours and garment options before providing your quote.
3. Quote and Artwork Approval
Once your order details are confirmed, you’ll receive a quote and an artwork proof showing the proposed design, approximate size, colours and placement.
Production begins after the quote and artwork have been approved.
4. Screen Preparation and Ink Mixing
Each colour in your design is separated and prepared on its own screen. We then select or mix the inks required to reproduce your approved colours.
The number of screens required depends on the number of colours and print locations in your design.
5. Printing and Curing
Your garments are printed in-house at our Murray Bridge workshop. Each colour is carefully applied and aligned before the finished print is cured through our tunnel dryer.
Correct curing creates a strong, long-lasting print that can withstand regular wear and washing.
6. Quality Check and Completion
Every order is checked for print quality, alignment and consistency before being packed.
Your completed garments can then be collected locally or delivered by arrangement.
