Our Embroidery Process
1. Tell Us What You Need
Send us your logo, approximate quantity, preferred garments, embroidery location and required completion date.
2. Artwork and Quote
We review your design, recommend an appropriate embroidery size and provide a quote based on your requirements.
3. Embroidery Digitising
Before stitching, your logo is converted into a specialised embroidery file. This determines the stitch types, directions, density and sequence needed to reproduce your design cleanly in thread.
4. Approval and Production
Once the details are approved, your garments are embroidered in-house at our Murray Bridge workshop.
5. Collection or Delivery
Your completed order can be collected locally or delivered by arrangement.
What Is Embroidery Digitising?
Embroidery machines cannot stitch directly from a standard JPG, PNG or PDF logo.
Your artwork must first be professionally converted into a stitch-ready embroidery file through a process called digitising. This controls how the design is constructed and helps achieve the cleanest possible result on the chosen garment.
A one-time digitising fee may apply to new designs. We retain your approved embroidery file for convenient repeat orders using the same design and sizing.
